Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish appropriate sampling <br /> schedules and reporting protocols. The required monitoring report submittal dates are in the <br /> table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Reports Due Date <br /> Monthly Monitoring Report 18t day of second month following the end of the <br /> reporting period (i.e. the January monthly report is <br /> due by 1 March <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Report Vt day of second month after the quarter <br /> .e. the January-March quarter is due by 1 Ma <br /> Annual Monitorin Re ort 1 Februaryof each year <br /> Please be advised that the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. <br /> Monitoring reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the MRP. <br /> Monitoring reports must be accompanied by a completed Monitoring Report Transmittal Sheet <br /> (blank copy enclosed). The first monitoring report required under this Order is due on <br /> 1 July 2016 and is to cover the month of May 2016. The April 2016 monitoring report shall <br /> contain the information required in the previous WDRs Order 71-037. The Annual Monitoring <br /> Report is due on 1 February 2017, and is to cover the 2016 calendar year. <br /> Report Submittals <br /> All monitoring and technical reports should be converted to searchable Portable Document <br /> Format (PDF) and submitted electronically.
