(AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Site <br /> Assessment Reportfor the property at 816 Frontage Road, Ripon, California (the property <br /> or subject property). The scope of work included advancement of seven soil borings for <br /> collection of soil and grab ground water samples. The location of the property is illustrated <br /> in Figure 1. Major features on the property and soil boring locations are illustrated in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> The site is currently occupied by a cardlock fueling station with two underground storage <br /> tanks (USTs)and three dispenser islands. In 2002, a piping upgrade was performed at the <br /> site. Collection of samples indicated some limited impact to soil at the site. Subsequently, <br /> an investigation of the release was performed. Five soil borings were advanced at the site <br /> and samples were collected from each boring. Significant contamination was not <br /> encountered during the investigation. In 2003, the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department provided a"no further action"(closure)letterforthe facility. Based upon <br /> the UST system at the site,AGE performed an environmental site assessment in the areas <br /> of potential concern. <br /> 2.0. SOIL PROBE BORING ADVANCEMENT <br /> On 17 February 2012, AGE advanced seven soil borings (SB1 through SB7) at the site. <br /> Borings SB1 through SB3 were advanced near each fuel dispenser to depths of <br /> approximately 10 feet below surface grade(bsg).Borings SB4 through SB7 were advanced <br /> 837 Shaw Road • Stockton.
