AMENDED <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-87-5 <br /> MARY FERTUNA (TRUSTEE) <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . A parcel map is required . <br /> b. A 5—foot wide roadway dedication is required on <br /> Naglee Road along the frontage of Parcel A, Parcel B , <br /> and Parcel C . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. If either Parcel A or Parcel B is sold to another <br /> party , another water well is to be provided on Parcel <br /> A. <br /> b. Provide a sewage disposal area minimum 10 ,000 square <br /> feet for Parcel A and Parcel B as recommended by <br /> percolation test performed July 2 , 1984 . All existing <br /> and proposed water wells are to be 100 feet from <br /> disposal areas . <br /> NOTE : This area is a high ground water area and will <br /> influence the installation and repairs of <br /> septic systems <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a . The total maximum floor area of accessory structure <br /> on either Parcel A or B shall not exceed 2400 square <br /> feet . Removal of accessory structures in excess of <br /> 2400 square feet shall be accomplished within one <br /> year of recordation of the Parcel Map <br /> b. No additional subdivision of Parcels A, B , or C shall <br /> be allowed . <br />
