Box R <br /> Woodbridge, CA 95258 <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION <br /> LODI VINTNERS INC., WOODBRIDGE, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Lodi Vintners Inc. is operating in violation of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. 93-112. <br /> The Order requires Lodi Vintners, Inc. to perform self-monitoring of the wastewater generated at the site <br /> and report the results to the Regional Water Board on a monthly basis. According to the Board's log of <br /> reports received, Lodi Vintners Inc. has not submitted a report since July 1995. <br /> Lodi Vintners Inc. shall immediately begin collecting and reporting the required data on a monthly basis <br /> as required in the WDRs, and by 10 September 2000, provide a report presenting all the data collected on <br /> wastewater quality since July 1995. If previous data is not available, then the report shall describe the <br /> steps which Lodi Vintners Inc. will take to immediately implement the monitoring and reporting <br /> requirements of Order No. 93-112. <br /> Failure to submit complete monitoring reports will result in additional enforcement action which could <br /> include a fine of up to S1,000 per day per late report.
