Rinauro: , <br /> Today I met with the County's Development Committee regarding <br /> the above mentioned minor subdivision. The committee has decided <br /> to approve the minor subdivision, subject to the conditions as <br /> noted in the attached sheets . The conditions essentially are: <br /> a . Amend the tentative parcel map by modifying Parcel A to contain <br /> 1 . 5 acres , instead of 1 .25 acres . <br /> b. The formulation of an agreement with Tracy Public Schools for <br /> the payment of school facility fees or a school bedroom tax. <br /> C . Perform a percolation test and a soil profile for parcel A. <br /> d . That a 5 foot wide roadway dedication be trade on Valpico Rd. <br /> along the frontage of Parcel A. <br /> On Friday November 28 , 1986 the Department will send out <br /> notices to property owners within 1400 feet of your property, <br /> indicating that the department is going to approve the minor sh- <br /> division. They will be given 10 calendar days to respond. After <br /> the 10 calendar days , the department will approve the minor sub- <br /> division so long as no one appeals this decision to the Planning <br /> Commission. After that, there will be another 10 days before the <br /> decision becomes final in order to allow the applicant the <br /> opportunity to appeal the decision or any of the conditions of the <br /> Development.
