At the end of June 2011 approximately 2,786 hours were listed on the
SVE unit and repairs were performed in October to the equipment (SVE unit not operated in
early-mid October to mid-late November). By the end of December 3,790 hours were on the
SVE unit.
In September and December samples-SVE-were collected and analyzed — attached. Analytical
and field reading with organic vapor meters have detected no significant extraction of impacted
soil vapor (likely SVE has remediated the shallow soil impact) and even after several rebound
attempts, the vapor concentrations are not increased. Another sample from February is at the
laboratory and will be available next week. The total hours from 24 February 2012 is 4,197
hours.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
William R.
