09 July 1998
AGE-NC Project No 95-0184
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected from the site, AGE recommends the following
• Additional soil borings and monitoring wells should be installed to define the horizontal
extent of hydrocarbon-impacted soil and ground water A work plan for the installation of
additional monitoring wells has been approved by the PHS-EHD
• A soil vapor extraction/in-situ air sparging pilot test should be conducted to evaluate
remediation options for this site Findings of the vapor extractionlair sparging test can be
used to determine the spacings of potential additional vapor and sparging wells
The next ground water monitoring event will be scheduled for July 1998
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon
`- analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geo logic/hydro geologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of
available data points (i a monitoring wells), and subsurface conditions may vary away from these
data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional
recommendations contained in this report
X, v Coto
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION !
304 E Weber Ave Third Floor j Q UUU 1Gt;I TD = >\A
P O Box 388, Stockton CA 95201-0388 / G fes/ fj,EI9SJM¢C;CG
Approved _E3' F'
Denied ❑ CI v4'6 67,ftm 0
Conditions 'r-'- LAM $` 14X'13 (l,` ;,y h Lt}t- v5i✓OJ
Date by (; L,1 FUfd'1u`I Ar lftZ 5 I
L rx7 wr,--y- cyrm s U cj t)e_ T U3(41,5
15 i ov i(-1 WVA' 11U m f6 RS
D wowr I n07'45 Pq ►
LAdvanced GeoEnrironmental,Inc T
61"-4 N "mo PcLkff—
AS
tc-
