03 January 2005 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0184 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> SURVEY FINDINGS <br /> Drinking water near the site is currently supplied by the City of Stockton municipal well system The <br /> municipal wells in the site area are maintained by California Water Service Company(Cal-Water) <br /> Based on a review of well drillers'reports and the map entitled Water System of Stockton,published <br /> in 1996 by Cal-Water, no municipal wells are located within the surveyed area <br /> On 30 July 2003, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports from the California <br /> Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area <br /> Drillers' reports for two water wells located within a 2,000-foot radius of the site were identified <br /> • One well was located at 520 East Main Street, <br /> • One well was located at 417 East Weber Street <br /> On 05 October 2004, an AGE representative performed a reconnaissance of visually observable <br /> potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the site During the reconnaissance, <br /> the following sensitive receptors were located near the site <br /> • <br /> • One well was located near the intersection of Park Street and American Street at California <br /> State University- Stanislaus, <br /> • 18 environmental wells were located at 601 East Miner Avenue, <br /> • 31 environmental wells were located at 437 East Miner Avenue, <br /> • 6 monitoring wells were located at 602 North California Street, <br /> • 5 monitoring wells were located at 545 East Miner Avenue, <br /> • 4 monitoring wells were located at 242 North Sutter Street <br /> No other visible potential receptors were noted during the reconnaissance <br /> r <br /> Copies of the well drillers' reports are included in Appendix A A summary of the water wells <br /> located from the review of the well drillers' reports, as well as all visually observed wells located <br /> during the reconnaissance, is included in Table 1 Locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 3 <br /> Numerous monitoring wells installed for,subsurface investigations,primarily associated with USTs, <br /> are located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject property Addresses for surrounding sites with <br /> monitoring wells are included in Table 1 However, because monitoring wells are not utilized for <br /> AdvancedlGeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
