2.2 Groundwatci• Gradient
The groundwater elevation was measured in all lour wells on October 28. fhe ground'.vater
gradient is 0.4023 ft/ft to the northwest as depicted in Figure 1. This agrees reasonably well
with the Previous gradient data presented in the WESTON PAR of May 17, 1991.
3.0 ANALYTICAL RESULTS
Table 1 presents a summary of the analytical results of the groundwater sampling for BTEX,
TPH-G conducted September 27, 1991 and the sampling for total lead conducted October
22, 1991. A complete analytical report is Presented in Appendix B. To facilitate comparison
with previous sampling events, the results from sampling events completed in Jury 1991 are
also presented.
TABLE 1
MW-4 Groundwater Analytical Results
Well'..D. This result c,,itsistent with previous results fr-)--, MW-4, as shown in Table
1. Sample TB-1, trip blank, was also "non-detect" for BTEX. Analysis for total lead in the
MW-4 groundwater also showed no detectable concentrations.
4.0 IN'T'ERPRETATION OF FUNDINGS
This section presents a discussion of analytical results within the context of historical trends
and other Pertinent factors.
RVI S":(W/A-'VWV 4
:I f41 UI
