City of Stockton. County of San <br /> Joaquin. California. and is located in a residential/commercial district of Stockton The subject <br /> property consists of a 2-story, retail strip shopping center. and a Marshall's Department store. <br /> constructed of wood frame with brick exterior The subject property is located approxunately <br /> I0 feet above sea level. <br /> The adjacent property north of the subject propertv is March Lane. Adjacent and south of the <br /> subject property is Grand Canal Boulevard West are small office buildings. Adjacent and east <br /> of the subject property is Venezia Boulevard Land usage in the area is primarily multi- <br /> family/single family residential. with retail shopping centers. and office buildings. <br /> PURPOSE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> CRC Environmental Risk Management. Inc . at the request of Brazos Partners L P , was asked <br /> to assess an elevator pit leak at a property known as the Bridges Specialty Center Hydraulic <br /> fluid from the elevator was in direct contact with the soil in the uncased borehole.
