APPENDIX B <br /> ANALYTICAL METHODS <br /> Analytical Methods <br /> All analyses were performed by a state-certified laboratory in accordance with the following <br /> methods: <br /> Sample Analysis Water <br /> Total Petroleum EPA Methods 5030 & 8015 <br /> Hydrocarbons as Gasoline (TPH-G) Modified for Gasoline <br /> Total Petroleum EPA Methods 3510, 3520, & 8015 <br /> Hydrocarbons as Diesel (TPH-D) Modified for Diesel <br /> Benzene, Toluene, <br /> Ethylbenzene, and <br /> Total Xylenes (BTEX) EPA Methods 5030 & 8020 <br /> i <br /> Official Laboratofy Reports and QA/QC. R ort <br /> Official laboratory and QA/QC reports are provided by the state-certified laboratory performing <br /> the analysis. The QA/QC reports for samples from each group of analysis completed for a <br /> single gas chromatograph calibration are provided. <br /> Chain of Custody Protocol <br /> Chain of Custody protocol was followed for all samples selected for laboratory analysis. The <br /> Chain of Custody form(s) accompanies the samples from the sampling locality to the laboratory, <br /> providing a continuous record of possession prior to analysis. <br /> 1 <br />
