Jack Tone Road in Ripon , CA on 06/24/2020, Jones Covey has resolved the following : • For violation 103 failure to submit and maintain current financial responsibility documents, the site has been provided with current financial responsibility documents to be maintained there . • For violation 107 plot/site map plan not submitted/failed to completely show where monitoring is performed , the site monitoring plan was updated and uploaded to CERS on 7/ 20/20 . The submittal status was accepted on 7/20/20 . • For violation 110 failure to submit "Secondary Containment Testing Report Form " within 30 days after the test, from now on the tests results will be submitted within the required timeframe . • For violation 124 " Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection Report Form " not submitted within 30 days of inspection , from now on the test results will be submitted within the required timeframe . • For violation 308 failed to maintain a continuous monitoring system that activates an audible and visual alarm , the sensor was replaced during the inspection . • For violation 313 failure to construct, operate , and maintain primary containment as product tight, a part replacement was performed on dispenser 5/6 91 grade proportional valves on 7/23/20 and was purged , tested and found to be working properly . The Work Order is included as supporting documentation . • For violation 315 , water in secondary containment not removed , analyzed and disposed of properly, a part replacement was performed on dispenser 7/8 91 grade proportional valves on 7/23/20 and was purged , tested and found to be working properly . Also, replaced dispenser 7 87 C+ meter and meter check valve . Purged , tested and no leaks found . T4 and T5 were observed to have no liquid on 7/20/20 . The Work Order and photos are included as supporting documentation . A Return to Compliance form is attached to this email .
