This workplan is being submitted in response to your letter of <br /> request dated September 9, 1994. Included for your review is the most recent quarterly <br /> monitoring and sampling report-for samples collected on October 6, 1994. <br /> In recent conversations with Mr. Steve Pao (Mobil) you relayed concerns regarding Alton <br /> Geoscience providing notification to your office prior to conducting ground water sampling at <br /> the above referenced site. In the past it has been our practice to verbally notify your office 24 <br /> hours prior to conducting the sampling event. In an effort to make this process more convenient <br /> for both of our offices, future notification will be sent in writing by fax approximately 48 hours <br /> prior to sampling at the site. In addition, per your request, field purge data sheets have been <br /> included in the enclosed quarterly report.
