Petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon contamination was detected in monitoring wells AW3, AW9, AW10 <br /> and AW12. Please note that purging records were not included and should be <br /> submitted as an addendum. <br /> Supplemental Site Assessment Report <br /> Three monitoring wells, AW10, AW11, AW12, were installed on March 25, 1993. <br /> Soil samples were continuously collected and selected soil samples were analyzed <br /> for BTEX, TPH-gas and diesel, total organic carbon, bulk density, specific gravity <br /> and grain site distribution. The report included lab results from the March 25, <br /> 1993 soil sampling during monitoring well installation and from the May 27, 1993 <br /> groundwater sampling event. Also, reported were the results from aquifer testing <br /> of AW9 and of AW1, AW10, AW11, and AW12 which were used as observation <br /> wells during testing. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
