The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for NATIONAL PETROLEUM MANTECA as of December 16, 2020. Open violations from September 21, 2020 inspection Violation#104-Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -Map does not clearly identify the B20 Biodiesel underground storage tank. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#115-Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 1/29/2020 and a test report was submitted on 7/20/2020, 5 months late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#116-Failure to submit the"Spill Container Testing Report Form"within 30 days after the test.
