Once proof of appropriate destruction has been received, Central Valley <br /> Water Board staff will send written confirmation of the effective date of the Determination. <br /> You have six months fromahe date of this letter to provide the required monitoring well <br /> destruction documentation. Failure to.provide the required documentation will void this <br /> conditional No"Further�ActlonDetermination.
