(ARCADIS) is submitting this Addendum to Site Closure Report Contact: <br /> (Addendum) for the Corral Hollow and Grant Line Roads Site (the Site) located in Allen C. Just, P.E. <br /> Tracy, California. Submittal of an addendum to the Site Closure Report (Closure phone: <br /> Report)dated April 28,2009,was requested by the California Regional Water Quality 714.730.9052 Ext 38 <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region (Regional Board) in a letter dated September <br /> 17,2009(copy attached). Email: <br /> AIIen.Just@arcadis-us.cor <br /> In the letter, the Regional Board provided comments regarding the Closure Report <br /> and requested submittal of an addendum that included: a table summarizing well Our ref: <br /> B0046733.0000.00004 <br /> construction details for all site wells; the results of a sensitive receptor survey; and <br /> cross-sections showing site Iithology. Responses to each of these requests are <br /> provided below. <br /> 1. Provide a table summarizing construction details for all site monitoring and <br /> remediation wells, and indicate whether the wells are active or destroyed. <br /> A total of 27 wells have been installed at the Site. The wells include 14 <br /> groundwater monitoring wells, 12 extraction wells, and one air sparge well. <br /> There are currently five active groundwater water monitoring wells (MW-5, <br /> MW-6, MW-7, MW-8, and MW-12) and one extraction well(EX-6) at the Site. <br /> The remainder of the wells have been destroyed. Construction details for all <br /> wells (active and destroyed) are presented in Table 1. Approximate <br /> locations of these wells are shown on Figure 1. <br /> 2. Include a summary of sensitive receptors in the area of the Site. <br /> A sensitive receptor survey was conducted by ARCADIS to identify any <br /> water producing wells located within a one mile radius of the Site.
