Geological Technics Inch . Page 4
Former Moresco Property _
Soil Boring Report
Project No. 2512
May 12, 1995
i
i
3.2 Site Hydrology
The exact depth to groundwater at this site is not known at this time. However,
on April 7, 1995 depth to groundwater was'measured to be approximately 110 feet
bgs in the domestic well. Construction `details of this well are not known. San
Joaquin County Flood Control Maps for Spring 1986 (consid&ed year of high
water occurrence) show the depth to groundwater to.be approximately 90 feet bgs.
We suspect that regional groundwater flows to the southwest based on the
contour lines of the Flood Control Maps..
3.3 Hydrocarbon Distribution in the Soil
Laboratory analyses of soil samples suggest that the vertical extent of soil
impacted with gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons is above 70 feet-bgs. The
lateral extent has been defined to the south and west. This data is summarized
and shown as Table 1. Copies of the laboratory analytical reports are attached as
Appendix A.
L
L
L
