Remove the thermal oxidizer, VETS piping and the propane tank from the site. <br /> 2. Properly abandon, under county permit, the vapor extraction and air recharge wells. The <br /> methodology for this and grout volumes are presented in Appendix F. <br /> 3. Remove and properly dispose of the contaminated soil from VEW-1, the decontamination <br /> water from drilling and the condensate water from the VETS system: The non-contaminated <br /> soil from the recharge wells has already been spread on site. <br /> 4.
