R <br /> t <br /> CHRONOLOGY <br /> FORMER MORESCO VINEYARD PROPERTY <br /> 16865 .GAWNE ROAD, STOCKTON CA <br /> SITE CODE:'-505486 <br /> The site is located east of Highway 99, north of Mariposa Road, west of Nelson Road. <br /> and south of Sala Road, on the north side of Gawne Road east of the city of Stockton. <br /> The San Joaquin County APN is 183-090-09. The parcel is occupied by a single <br /> residential structure surrounded by vineyards. <br /> 1994 <br /> 10-24-94 On October 24, 1994 San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) received a tank closure plan <br /> for an unregistered 500 gallon underground storage tank':(UST) at 16865 <br /> Gawne Road, Stockton. <br /> 11-15-94 On November 15, 1994 the UST was removed. The removal was <br /> witnessed by PHS/EHD staff.-,. Several large holes in the UST were <br /> observed, soil beneath tank exhibits strong petroleum hydrocarbon odors, <br /> stockpile returned to excavation then covered with plastic sheeting. <br /> Consultant over-excavates soils after PHS/EHD left site, over-excavation <br /> not approved by Unit III, did not seek approval from LOP'(TD 17.5' bgs). <br /> i <br /> 11-21-94 Lab Data; TPH-G 2310 mg/Kg, Benzene 5100 ug/Kg, Toluene 52,400 <br /> ug/Kg, Ethyl Benzene 28,400 ug/Kg, Xylenes 157,000 ug/Kg @ 102 bgs. , <br /> 12-30-94 UAR/P765 and site dirty letter to RP from PHS/EHD. Leaching potential <br /> worksheet indicates perched water at 30' bgs. Historic low groundwater <br /> 120'bgs (1976), historic high groundwater 85' bgs(1986). <br /> 1995 <br /> 3 <br /> 4/3/95 PSA workplan approved by PHS/EHD. <br /> 4/21/95 The .first intrusive subsurface investigation was completed consisting of <br /> five hollow stem auger boreholes completed_ , logged, and sampled to total <br /> depths from 50'bgs to 100' bgs (SB-1 60', SB-2 50', SB-3 50', SB-4 50' <br /> and SBAA 100'bgs) then destroyed by tremie grouting. Boreholes were <br /> installed on 4/5-7/95 and 4/21/95. <br /> 5/12/95 Soil Boring Installation Report by 'Geological Technics completed. TPH <br /> G. and BTEX contaminant distribution documented from 20-60" bgs. See <br /> a copy of data Table 1 by Geological Technics attached for soil <br />
