1998 <br /> 2/2/98 PHS/EHD requests groundwater investigation (DTW estimated at <br /> 100'bgs). y <br /> 2/6/98 Remedial Action Report 1?y Geological Technics completed. Consultant <br /> reports 85 Gallons of Fuel Hydrocarbons Removed by SVE system. <br /> Consultant to RP recalculates the residual mass prior to SVE operation } <br /> mass is now estimated at 1144 lbs (significant disparity). SVE system <br /> removed from site without consent of PHS/EHD_ See attached data <br /> Tables dated 2/6/98. <br /> 11/19/98 PHS/EHD approves monitor well installation after review by USTCF. , <br /> i <br /> 4/2/99 The first intrusive groundwater investigation was completed consisting of <br /> one hollow stem auger boreholes completed as a monitor well, logged, and <br /> sampled to a total_ depth of 110' bgs (MW-1 110', sampled from 60 to <br /> 110'). Boreholes were installed on 4/5-7/95 and 4/21/95. DTW was <br /> recorded as 89.70' bgs on 4/8/99 and 93.72' bgs on 5/19/99_ The well was <br /> sampled and analyses indicated that groundwater was not impacted with <br /> TPH-G; BTEX or oxygenates using acceptable detection limits. <br /> 6/7/99 Soil and Groundwater Investigation Report by Geological Technics <br /> completed. Conclusions by the consultant now suggests that contaminant <br /> mass is insignificant and groundwater impact is unlikely over some <br /> undefined time interval.
