Safety Code (H&S) Sections 25299.37(c)(3)]: <br /> 1. Installation of a deep: screened monitoring well. Proposed depth 30 to 35 <br /> feet. Collection of soil samples. <br /> 2. Collection of groundwater samples from the four monitoring wells. <br /> Analysis of soil and groundwater samples for TPH-g using EPA Method <br /> 8015M and BTEX and 5 oxygenates using EPA Method 8260. <br /> 3. Preparation and submittal of an investigative report of the work. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Groundwater samples are to be collected from the monitoring wells and <br /> analyzed quarterly not semi-annually. <br /> 2. All monitoring wells are to to be measured to mean sea level using GPS <br /> technology and the information submitted to the State-Water Resources <br /> Control Board Geotracker web site. <br /> 3. Soil samples are to be collected at a minimum of every 5 lineal feet to the <br /> bottom of the boring, this includes samples collected beneath <br />
