The results of the sensitive <br /> receptor survey are provided in Appendix A of Kleinfelder's "October 2004 Groundwater <br /> Samphng and Sensitive Receptor Survey Report" dated November 18, 2004. Review of <br /> jDepartment of Water Resources (DWR) well logs indicated there were five production wells <br /> (two domestic,two irrigation,and one municipal)located within a 2,000-foot radius of the site. <br /> These wells were installed between the years 1926 and 1961. Additionally,one extraction and <br /> three monitoring wells were located within a 2,000-foot radius of the site.
