The purpose of the sampling was to obtain soil <br /> characterization data for use by the Jones Covey Group in facilitating disposal of soil that will be <br /> excavated during UST installation. Work was performed under an approved San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department permit dated April 3, 2013 (Attachment B).
