. Chevron Products Company 3 <br /> Chevron Service Station #9-8632, Tracy Boulevard, Tracy, CA t October 2, 2001 <br /> • Well Surveying and Groundwater Gradient Interpretation. A state-licensed <br /> surveyor will survey the newly installed wells. Depth to groundwater <br /> measurements will be collected during sampling activities and utilized for <br /> interpretation of groundwater flow and gradient beneath the site. <br /> i <br /> • Report. A report will be prepared after completion of necessary field work. <br /> The report will include soil boring logs, soil and groundwater analytical results, <br /> chain-of-custody documentation, groundwater gradient map, and conclusions . <br /> Field and laboratory procedures are presented as Attachment B . <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR is prepared to initiate fieldwork within 4 weeks following approval of this work <br /> plan by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and issuance of <br /> permits by the City of Tracy and San Joaquin County.
