Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed the <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated October, 2019 for this minor <br /> subdivision and has found it meets the requirements of San Joaquin County and Code Title <br /> 9, section 9-905.12 (a); the following corrective actions shall be taken prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s): <br /> a) Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank and brick line pit associated with permits (980 <br /> and 79-279), under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 3) Prior to the issuance of any building permits, public water and sewer facilities shall either be <br /> bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> 1868 E.
