Phase 1 includes the construction of a 13,800 square foot building for <br /> fermentation, storage, laboratory, breakroom and restroom. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 7,200 square foot <br /> storage building. The parcel is served by an on-site well and septic system.The parcel has access from East Peltier Road. <br /> This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> Currently, the winery is approved for twelve (12) marketing events annually with a maximum of 150 attendees per <br /> marketing event, small-scale accessory events with a maximum attendance of 80 persons (max of 1 per day) and up to <br /> four (4) wine release events. Indoor and outdoor amplified music is currently permitted. The applicant is requesting to <br /> have additional three (3) marketing events for a total of fifteen (15) marketing events annually and to increase the number <br /> of attendees to 200 per event.
