[j ❑ ❑ <br /> e) Conflict with or obstruct implementation of a water quality <br /> control plan or sustainable groundwater management <br /> plan? <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ <br /> Impact Discussion: <br /> a-e) The project is a Use Permit application for a slaughterhouse and chicken farm on a three(3)acre portion of one(1) <br /> legal parcel totaling 40.39-acres in the AG-40(General Agriculture,40-acre minimum).The project site is located <br /> in the Flood Zone AE flood designations.A referral was sent to the Department of Public works Flood Control <br /> Division for comments.At the time of future development,all new construction and the substantial irr:provement of <br /> any structure in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated or floor-proofed in accordance to San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section S 1805.t2(a),{b),and(c). <br /> The project area is located approximately 810 feet south of the Paradise CuL Any future development will be subject <br /> to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board's rules and regulations.
