Impact Discussion: a-c) The project is a Use Permit application for a slaughterhouse and chicken farm on a three(3)acre portion cf one(1) legal parcel totaling 40.39-acres in the AG-40 {General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum). The slaughtering and processing of animals will be conducted entirely within the slaughterhousef ag storage building Additionally, the raising of chickens.goats,anc other livestock animals is an agricultural activity.Development Tile Section 9-1025.5 states that noise sources associated with agricultural activities are exempt frcm the County noise ordinance if toe activity is conducted on agricultu•ally zoned lands. The nearest single family residence is located approximately 800 feet north of the project site Deveopment Title Section 9-1025.9 lists the Residential use type as a noise sensitive land use Development Title Section Table 9- 1025.9 Pat II states tnat the maximum sound level for stationary noise sources curing the daytime rs 70 dB aid 65dB for nighttime.Development Title Section 9-1025 9 lists the Residential use type as a noise sensitive land use.
