Fire protection systems are dependent on occupancy and shall be installed in <br /> accordance with 2016 CFC. <br /> 3. Provide access to each structure with access in accordance with 2016 CFC Section <br /> 503 and San Joaquin County's Fire Apparatus Access Road Standards. <br /> 4. Specify water source for fire suppression. If water tanks are proposed, they must <br /> conform to California Fire Code and NFPA 1142 standards. <br /> b. Prior to approval of building construction permit, applicant shall submit construction <br /> documents to the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority for review and approval. <br /> Electronic submittal is encouraged, but not mandatory. <br /> c. At time of application to South San Joaquin County Fire Authority, additional requirements <br /> may be required, based on submittal and review. <br /> d. Prior to final inspection, emergency radio responder coverage shall be tested for each <br /> building in accordance with 2016 CFC Section 510. If adequate coverage is not available, <br /> applicant shall apply for a construction permit for installation. <br /> 6.
