This includes review of the two site plans dated April 23 , 2019 .
Results of Peer Review and Recommendation
AMG previously reviewed a traffic analysis dated May 31 , 2016 which concluded that proposed
roadways and intersections shown on the Town Center Final Map will operate acceptably .
Current review is focused on the access and traffic movements into and from the proposed
Shopping Center located at the south west corner of Mountain House Parkway and Byron Road ,
and their impacts on the surrounding roadways . We understand the key focus is on new right- turn
out at the driveway south of Byron Road and north of the Plaza Street intersection .
The following is a summary results of our peer review of the four potential access points to the
shopping center site .
The driveway on Byron Road on the alignment of De Anza Boulevard
AMG recommend Stop signs and _ _
pavement striping as shown in ^ ' sp
Exhibit 1 . This will ensure _
queueing at the entry driveway ACCESS
would not backup and overflow - —' --- --- ip
onto Byron Road which is a high
speed arterial .
p i isi
Install
3
[ E'fE E3t 3E3 £3,, .• < Stop
E3
aED F3F3fls3a ! 12 striping
p . q i L_ .
TI
Exhibit 1 : Recommended Stop Control Striping
