SAN JOAQUIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
-
--coUNTY-- SITE APPROVAL
FILE NUMBER:
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
Attach additional sheets as necessa
Topography
Describe the project site's topography:
The site contains graded aggregate base yards in the rear and central areas with the central area showing visible ruts and settlement throughout,
trafficked by semi-trucks.The westernmost portion of the property near 1-580 is not developed and appears to be native soil, previously used for
agriculture and farming, but currently used like a junk yard. The southern portion of the site, near 1-580 is topographically higher than the north end of the
site, bounded by the aqueduct. The site generally grades from low to high toward the SW. Slopes are gradual and graded areas are generally flat.
Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site:
Biological Resources
Describe any wildlife habitat or species on-site:
The site is a leveled field that is being used for truck and equipment storage. Overall the site is biologically unremarkable.
Identify any waterways and/or riparian habitat that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9-1510 of the
Development Title for Riparian Habitat Regulations):
No waterway or riparian habitat have been identified on-site
Identify any Native Oak trees, Heritage Oak trees or Historical trees that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9-
1505 of the Development Title for Tree Regulations).
No special-status plants or potentially suitable habitat for special-status plants were observed in the site.Due to lack of suitable habitat,it is unlikely that special-status plants occur in the site.
Cultural Resources
Describe any items of historical or archaeological interest on-site:
A cultural resources investigation has not been completed for the site at this time.
Updated 04129/2019
