Please correct the following and then make a <br /> new submittal in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> - The Local Unified Program Agency(UPA) phone number was not provided in the emergency response and <br /> contingency plan on line C3 in CERS <br /> - The business plan was not readily available for review at time of inspection. <br /> - The business plan is complete accurate and up to date. <br /> - The site map was not complete as part of the business plan.The site map is missing emergency response <br /> equipment(fire extinguisher), emergency shut offs for utilities(natural gas, power, and water), and an <br /> evacuation staging area. <br /> - The employee training records are on line but no annual training records were available for review at time of <br /> inspection. <br /> Please let me know when the corrections are done. I need the correction completed by 1/21/2020. If not completed by <br /> 1/21/2020 1 will be sending out a letter of noncompliance and be billing for my time trying to bring the business into <br /> compliance.
