The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for FIRESIDE INN, THE as of February 10, 2020. Open violations from October 21, 2019 inspection Violation#9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#10 - Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. During the inspection, it was found that 400 pounds of carbon dioxide was handled and the updated information has not been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)- -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name.
