Both of these items were due in December <br /> 2008. As you may be aware, this site was placed on the LOC suspension list by the UST Cleanup Fund in <br /> November 2008 and the Customer Company lost funding for the project. Since that time, the Customer Company <br /> has submitted (or is in the process of submitting),paperwork to be reclassified as a B Claimant-and I have <br /> approval from ATC's corporate office to provide consulting services for the project. ATC respectfully requests a <br /> request for extension of the two deliverables to January 16, 2009. Let me know if this is approved.
