On September.17, 2003, The Customer Company <br /> requested that the third quarter event be performed, as a contract was not yet in place <br /> with ATC. <br /> As there is less than 1.5 weeks left in the third quarter and this time is already�over <br /> committed, the Third Quarter 2003 groundwater monitoring event sampling will take <br /> place over several days in the early morning hours as I travel to work on projects to the <br /> eastward of Livermore. <br /> Your requested sampling observation would be more realistically scheduled with ATC <br /> during or after the Fourth Quarter 2003 event. <br /> Please do not hesitate to email h2ogeol(a,comcast.net or call the undersigned at 925-37.3- <br /> 9211 and/or telefax at 925-373-9222 should you have any questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Gary D.
