In August 1995 you submitted an application for the above subject site and was accepted <br /> into the Fund as Priority Class "D". Since the submittal of the 1995 claim application, your <br /> circumstances have changed and on February 19, 2002 you were given approval to change your <br /> priority class to "C" and required to submit a new application. The Customer Company has <br /> submitted this new claim application(Claim#017179), filing as a Priority Class "C". <br /> This is to notify you that due to the submittal of your new claim application for the above subject <br /> site, it has been proposed that your claim(Claim#010681) be removed from the Priority List. <br /> If you disagree with this Staff Decision, you may appeal to the Division Chief pursuant to <br /> Section 2814.1 of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Regulations. If you <br /> would like review of the decision by the Fund Manager,please submit your request along with <br /> any additional documentation to: <br /> Allan V.
