Based on conversations with these agencies, it <br /> appears that the work completed to date at the two Fresno sites have not had favorable results. <br /> In addition, the CVRWQCB has forwarded a copy of a United States Environmental Protection Agency <br /> Demonstration Bulletin (enclosed) which discusses the ineffectiveness of this same technology. <br /> Therefore, in light of the above information, please submit a workplan to conduct the additional <br /> investigative requirements and to conduct feasibility studies to determine the most cost <br /> effective, efficient cleanup for this site to PHS/EHD by April 3, 1995.
