" Please comply with <br /> this statutory requirement. <br /> 2) The Quarterly Report that was received did not include a <br /> groundwater flow direction, or gradient. The report states <br /> the purge water was placed into a 55 gallon steel drum but did <br /> not state the disposition of the drum. The water was not <br /> analyzed for all the constituents requested by the July 30, <br /> 1992 letter. There is no professional stamp or registration <br /> number and expiration date on the report. These and other <br /> items are recognized as a reporting minimum. Future Quarterly <br /> Reports need to include, those items outlined by Appendix A- <br /> Reports, Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for <br /> Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank <br /> Sites and the water is to be analyzed for all the constituents <br /> found in Table #2 of the Tri-Regional Guidelines under "Waste <br /> and Used Oil or Unknowns. <br /> 3) Subsection 2562 (d) , of the regulations listed in item one of <br /> this letter, states: "Until investigation and cleanup are <br /> complete, the owner or operator shall submit reports to the <br /> local agency or regional board, whichever is overseeing the <br /> cleanup, every 3 months or at more frequent intervals, as <br /> specified by the local agency or regional board.
