Currently, no state health standards exist for totalpetroleum hydrocarbon <br /> concentrations in water. Low levels of petroleum hydrocarbons have been <br /> released into the sanitary sewage systems of Lodi, Manteca, Stockton, <br /> Rocklin, and West Sacramento, California.
