E S I N :c: fax: 209-579-2225 <br /> i <br /> L <br /> Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of the field activities, a report will be prepared describing the field activities 1 <br /> and laboratory analytical results. The report will include a detailed summary of the subsurface <br /> investigation and contaminant distribution, both in soil and groundwater. The report will be <br /> prepared in general accordance with SJCEHD reporting guidelines and will include <br /> recommendations as appropriate. <br /> The work described in this Workplan will be performed under the direction of a California <br /> Registered Professional Engineer or California Professional Geologist and will be performed in <br /> accordance with ATC's Site Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP), previously submitted to <br /> the SJCEHD. <br /> Projected Schedule <br /> Following approval of the Workplan, ATC will obtain boring permits from the SJCEHD. Off- <br /> site access will be obtained prior to conducting that portion of the assessment.
