Uncontrolled Aeration <br /> r' A person shall not aerate contaminated soil at a rate in excess of that specified <br /> C` in the following table for the degree of organic content. The person responsible for aeration of any contaminated soil sha11 provide the <br /> �i •} District, by telephone, with the following information. This shall be provided <br /> no 'less than 24 hours prior to aeration of. any contaminated soil . The District <br /> shall be notified within 24 hours if any of the parameters change. <br /> ` a.
