By May 30, 2007, submit a plan and schedule for completing repairs to Well No. <br />6 <br />1 and returning the well to service. <br />7 <br />8 <br />4. Based on the results of the most recent monitoring, Well No. 4 shall be utilized <br />9 <br />as the system's lead well. Well No. 1 has the second lowest PCE concentration <br />10 <br />and shall -- be - utilized as the system's -lag -weil If current monitoring verifies <br />11 <br />compliance. Well No. 2 shall be used as little as possible until treatment has <br />12 <br />been installed and Standby Well No. 3 is to be used only for short term <br />13 <br />emergencies. If subsequent chemical monitoring indicates changes in the <br />14 <br />organic chemical concentrations in the wells, the well with the lowest organic <br />15 <br />chemical concentration shall be utilized as the lead well, the well with the next <br />16 <br />lowest organic chemical concentration shall be utilized as lag well. <br />17 <br />18 <br />5. Active Wells Nos. 1 (when returned to service), 2, and 4 shall continue to be <br />19 <br />monitored for VOCs on a monthly basis and the results shall be submitted to the <br />20 <br />Department via electronic data transfer (EDT).
