Fourth Quarter, 2000 Groundwater Monitoring Report- Underground Storage Case
Former Cheaper$ #37, 15 Grant Line Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County
Dear Local Oversight Program;
This Fourth Quarter, 2000 Groundwater Monitoring Report is submitted by HOGEOL on behalf
of The Customer Company for the former Cheaper! Store#37, 15 Grant Line Road in Tracy, San
Joaquin County, California. The site location is shown on Figure 1 The Fourth Quarter, 2000
, 1 groundwater monitoring event occurred on October 19, 2000.
10 POTENTIOMETRIC SURFACE
Depth to water in each monitoring well was measured to +/- 0 01 feet using a Solinst Model
water level meter between 08 47 and 08.58 on November 19, 2000. The depths to water were
converted to potentiometnc surface elevation by subtracting the measured depths to water from
the casing top elevations derived from the well survey performed m 1995 by Benchmark
Consultants The depth to water, casing top elevations, and potentiometrie surface elevations"are
presented in Table 1 All available previous water level measurements are summarized in Table C1
in Attachment C
Figure 2 is a map showing the approximate potentiometric surface for the monrtormg wells at the
site on November 19, 2000. Table 2 lists the slope (gradient)acid direction of gradient of the
potentiometnc surface for each of the triangles with a well at each apex. The average gradient of
the potentiometnc surface was 0 0023 feet per foot. The average gradient ditictxon was oriented
N 8 64°E
All available previous potentiometnc surface slope (gradient) and direction of gradient are
summarized in Table C2 in Attachment C
