Ml not present since <br /> appointment made for 6/28. <br /> 08/01/96 MI generates comment letter in response to quarterly report for June-1996 <br /> sampling event. MI requires MTBE and two consecutive sampling events <br /> to confirm data. Closure discussed and TRC involvement also. <br /> 11/06/96 MI reviews groundwater report for 3' Quarter-1996 event. No hits in <br /> water for TPH-G, BTEX, or MTBE. MI calls John Lane, and discusses <br /> Closure Report and John to submit in May 1997. MI requires QMRs or <br /> request to modify quarterly sampling. <br /> 12/30/96 MI and John Lane discuss site and closure again. MI will require Closure <br /> Report per CVRWQCB/Tri-Regional Appendix B guidelines., QMR for 1" <br /> Quarter-1997, and options?. <br /> 03/11/97 John Lane contacts MI with "option" per 12/30/96 discussion. John wants <br /> to hand-auger onto next parcel to west to settle neighbors concerns about <br /> possible petroleum impact. MI questions need since trenching indicated <br /> ND to west and NW. MI recommends they re-exam soil data from <br /> previous investigations and verify soil contamination limits prior to <br /> submitting any proposal. <br />
