Summary of Corrective Actions for Violation <br /> 204: 1 AA Battery has been removed from the trash and placed in the container designated in the parts <br /> department for waste batteries. Employees have been instructed to take all batteries to the parts <br /> department for proper disposal. <br /> 404: Poly tank is empty and is not in use.There is a lid on the tank and a plastic bag has been placed <br /> over the lid so that it cannot be used. I have also contacted Asbury Environmental to come out and <br /> remove the tank. Removal is pending. <br /> 605:The two 30 liter containers of brake fluid have been consolidated into one 55 gallon drum that is <br /> properly labeled and placed on a secondary containment pallet. <br /> 608:The two 55 gallon drums of drained used oil and gasoline filters have been properly labeled by <br /> Asbury Environmental. <br /> 610:The 55 gallon drum of used oil and gasoline filters that was previously uncovered now has a lid on <br /> it.All employees have been instructed to replace the lid on the container.These drums are kept inside <br /> away from all weather. <br /> 703:An emergency response program is now in place and our contingency plan has been subr-4ttr+to <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health. We have designated our Parts Manager as <br /> the Emergency Coordinator and our Emergency Response Plan has been provided by KPA.Aerosol cars <br /> are disposed of in a separate drum and disposed of via our hazardous waste hauler. Hazardous Waste <br /> Training, Hazard Communication Training,and Emergency Response Training were conducted on Friday <br /> July 11,2014.Training records have been submitted.
