1 ' 10 August 1999 AGE-NC Project No 95-0105 Page 4 of 5 5 2 PETROLEUM HYDROCARBON-IMPACTED GROUND WATER ' None of the analytes of interest were detected in the ground water samples collected from wells MW-1, MW-2 and MW-6, one of the analytes of interest were detected in the ground water sample collected from MW-3 TPH-d was detected in monitoring well MW-3 at a concentration of 65 ' microgram per liter The analytical results for the ground water samples are summarized in Table 2 and Table 3 The laboratory report (MAI Sample Nos 16072 to 16075), quality assurance and quality control data (QA/QC)and chain-of-custody form are included In Appendix D 1 6.0. CONCLUSIONS Based on data collected from the site AGE concludes ' • The ground water flow direction on the subject site is toward the northwest • None of the analytes of interest, except 65 microgram per liter of TPH-d, were detected in wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-5 or MW-6 lie Excavation and removal of soil for a utility line across the north portion of the subject site did not remove a significant mass of soil impacted by TPH-g or BTEX, and the lateral and vertical extent and the mass of remnant hydrocarbon-impacted soil has not changed significantly from that reported in the 02 June 1997 Closure Summary Report • Changes In the site conditions have not altered AGE's recommendation for certified closure for the site 70.
