The certification attached requires that the Responsible Party sign so that it provides the
County with evidence that the Responsible Party has affirmatively provided the fee owner,Target, with notice, satisfying
this requirement. Target is the fee owner of the subject property(4707 Pacific Avenue Stockton, CA). Target is
affirmatively stating that Target has received notice of proposed action plan. Please execute the certification so that the
County can close the site. If necessary, you can attach this email to your certification, and this will be sufficient evidence
of Target's receipt of notice for the County records. Per my conversation with Ms. Medina, because Target is not the
Responsible Party, it is not a required signature on the certification. Please feel free to contact me or Ms. Medina
directly with any further questions.
Regards,
Angelita_Hernandez I W612.696.3665I Anaelita HemandezrdlTaraet wm —.--
From: von Euw, Cathy [mailto:Cathy.vonEuw@stantec.com]
Sent: Tuesday, June 11, 2013 2:31 PM
To: Bruce.Schaepe
Cc: Angelita.Hernandez
Subject: Former Unocal No. 6981, Stockton, California - Revised Record Title Owner Document
Bruce,
Travis Flora of Stantec(consultant project manager) has been in contact with Lisa Medina at San Joaquin County
regarding the record title owner(RTO)document. Chevron is required to notify all RTOs. I just clarified this requirement with my
supervisor Adrienne Ellsaesser as there has been confusion in the past as to who is required to sign the RTO.
Without signatures by the parties the EHD will not complete a final No Further Action Letter to close the site.
Regards.
Lisa Medina, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1
