The sua„ <br /> is a relatively flat lot at an elevation of approximately 13 feet above mean sea level. <br /> Properties adjacent to the site primarily contain commercial buildings. <br /> ej <br /> Two 12,040-gallon underground gasoline storage tanks are east of the station building. <br /> Information provided by Unocal indicates that the two doubled-walled tants are made of <br /> Plas/Steel, and are used to store regular unleaded gasoline and super unleaded gasoline. <br /> The approximate locations of the tanks;other selected site features,and nearby utilities are <br /> shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate P-2). <br /> J _ <br /> A City of Stockton Department of Public Works sanitary sewer line is beneath March Lane. <br /> south of the site (Plate P-2).
