The remaining annulus will be backfilled with a mixture of cement. <br /> water, and S percent bentonite to grade. <br /> e"3 A cast-aluminum utility box with a PVC apron will be set in concrete flush with the <br /> surrounding station pad at each of the proposed locations. The utility boxes have watertight <br /> seals to protect against surface-water infiltration and require specially designed wrenches <br /> .;.� to open. This design reduces <br /> the possibi'.ity of vandalism or accidental disturbance to the well. <br /> MONITORING WELL DEVELOPMENT AND SAMPLING <br /> Water samples will be collected for subjective analysis before purging and development of <br /> the monitoring wells. A sample will be collected from the water surface in each well with <br /> a Teflon bailer cleaned with Alconox and deionized water. Any subjective evidence of <br /> product detected in the wells will be recorded.
